The hotel room was spacious, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. the location was convenient and easily accessible to nearby shops and restaurants. The amenities offered were also great, including the fitness center and pool.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking and left something to be desired. the noise level from outside traffic was quite high and disrupted my sleep on several occasions.

enjoyed the sea view from the rooms. hotel's right by main attractions like castella beach. a great bar does the trick. pool available in the venue.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices for both accommodation and meals. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. I liked all the same. I cant tell that i like something best. First of all for me is the place. Blue Crane Hotel is comfortable, located in center of Limassol and you can have access to sea, supermarket, pharmacy very fast. And also very good price

Only the noise from the road

Very good hotel for this amount of money. Comfortable, kitchenette well equipped, good basis for a trip to Troodos (by car of course).

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach, making it easy to access and enjoy. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and satisfying. In addition, the staff were friendly and always helpful in providing directions for transportation around the city.

We had a pleasant stay at the Blue Crane. A nice little family run hotel, very helpful and attentive. Located just by the beach on a serene Limassol street. We really did enjoy the Blue Crane Breakfast. We felt like home.

The only thing that needs attending to at the hotel is a refurbishing of the rooms.

Service as well as more personal customer care must be absolutely enhanced. Sometimes there is absense of receptionist.

Great access to the beach and restaurants, plus a nearby supermarket. Despite being located close to a busy road, we found that the noise wasn't too disruptive. The room was comfortable and clean with good facilities.

The customer service could have been improved, as some of the staff were unfriendly. We also found the decor to be a bit dated and could do with an update.

It is closer to the sea.

The hotel boss told me they change bed sheet every two weeks. We cannot endure the environment and change to a 4.5 hotels. It is so disappointed because it is our honeymoon. Actually, they can change bed sheet every two weeks, but, at least, they must change the bed sheet for us when we arrive the room. Why do we share the used bed sheet with others? It is not reasonable. The hotel boss told me they don't do this favor. I suggest everyone who cares a clean room not stay at this hotel.

Good location and choice of tv channels

Facilities were old and some didn't even work and the level of cleanliness was at a minimum.
